It is a kind of double-layer concave tubular rod made of steel pipe whose outer diameter is larger than the diameter of the anchor hole. The steel pipe is put into the anchor hole and then expanded with high pressure water. During the expansion process, the water-expanded anchor rod produces permanent deformation, and the wall of the anchor rod pipe is completely adhered to the irregular wall of the anchor hole, thus reinforcing the rock body due to the friction and self-locking force along the whole length of the anchor rod. When the anchor rod is injected with water and expanded, the high pressure water of 15mpa acts on the rock hole through the wall of the pipe to deform the rock body and set in the rock body, and the anchor rod carries the load immediately after installation and has a large bearing capacity.
The product shapes include all kinds of round steel, square steel, hexagonal steel, flat steel and other conventional products, but also include all kinds of shaped steel products. All kinds of cold-drawn steel are widely used in various industries, including automotive, electrical appliances, agricultural machinery, mining and other industries.
