Equipment features:

The production line only needs to be equipped with a set of classified combined die rollers to produce all products in the product outline. When changing product specifications, only the position of the roll needs to be adjusted, and the time from type adjustment to product output is ≤ 1 hour. When adjusting the roller, the memorial arch may not be unloaded and the roller shaft may not be unloaded. The roller adjustment is time-saving, safe and accurate, reducing the downtime of roller change by 75% compared with the type of round square unit of the same specification, and reducing the downtime of roller change by more than 45% compared with the type of unit of the same specification.

The forming frame adopts a box structure, and the horizontal rolling force is internally offset; the frame is not deformed and has good stability.
